Is this okay? I’ve been working out for 3 years now.. 2 hours(ish) every day, all my meals are based around what I wanna look like, I eat for the results I wanna see. So I’ve been wearing contacts for about 8 years, Im not a fan of the way I look in glasses but it’s really unhealthy to wear contacts for the amount of hours I do soooo.. I bought a pair for when I’m relaxing ? Personally I think I look like a grandma with glasses.. Thoughts?
