Manas, ¿conocen al deportista Matt Lister? Compitió en canotaje en la modalidad de eslalon allá por 2011 y 2013, aunque fue en 2012 cuando hizo público que era un hombre orgullosamente homosexuals. ¡Y nos encanta!

Recientemente, el suculento Matt ha hecho una aparición especial en la pasarela navideña de Mamá Ru (en modela), y obvia que moja varias pantuflas, por eso, he decidido darles un regarrote, y enseñárselas… las mejores fotas de este suculento hombre que no ha llegado ni a los 28 añas, y ya anda mojando pantuflas, enloqueciendo chiquitongos y haciendo palpitar varias mazacuatas.

I clearly said something wrong to clear out all those other beds…or maybe it’s that one pit smells ripe AF after a week trekking around Egypt… it was the latter…which was also what I was laughing my tits off at because it caught me off guard. I think you could tell how much I was living for that entire trip for the amount of stories I posted each day, I know many of you felt like you had actually been to Egypt by the end of it, but we’re finally back home and washing all the desert dust out of our clothes. I’ll be posting a couple more throwback pics over the next couple of days while I recover and get ready for Xmas!! WHOS EXCITED FOR SANTA?!

Take me up the Nile… fondle my Nefertiti’s…can you smell my pharoahmones… i know these are slightly less ‘dad joke’ than usual…but that’s because they only have mummy jokes here…bu-dum tsss! 🤣 ok that one was trash I’m not in-d-Nile, but seriously. Just roll me in chocolate and nuts and call me a Pharaoh Roche because this trip is the absolute BEST! I have seen more of Egypt on this one trip, that I ever could have dreamt of seeing in a lifetime, and we’re only half way! Currently on a cruise down the Nile from Aswan to Luxor, this morning we visited Kom Ombo temple, and yesterday we visited the Philae Temple which had been moved block by block to a new site 500m from its original one because of flooding after a dam was built…and it was the best ruins I have ever visited in the entire world hands down!! (So far). This trip just keeps bowling me over time and time again. I can’t wait to get to Luxor and work our way around what was once Thebes! 😍

I’m a mesh. My feet still hurt from those boots at the weekend haha. From now on I’m only visiting a beach if the sand is pink. 😱😍💕 Elafonisi Beach in Crete is beautiful, and even at the end of October, it’s still perfect weather, and with enough filters, I can almost create the illusion that I haven’t been wrapped up for winter since mid September.

Sweatfest this morning. 3 rounds of 50cal echo bike + 25 knees to elbows + 5 wall walks. Not going to lie, I was swallowing hard not to vom at the end of each round, but a good way to kickstart a few days without cheese and wine before we go back to France Thursday evening and undo it all…🐷😂🤦🏼‍♀️

This is the face of a boy who just walked roughly 15km and has HAD IT. OFFICIALLY! …but what a day!! Up early to take a water taxi up from Marahau to Torrent Bay in Abel Tasman National Park then walked the entire coastline plus a few drop downs to beaches along the way back to Marahau. My feet feel like they’re hanging off now but the views on every corner were more than worth the blisters haha. More snaps en route!
